Terms of Service

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cPanel and client portal credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Services Provided

Safitech provides the following, subject to the plan you purchase:

• Shared web hosting on cPanel-based infrastructure
• Domain registration and renewal for supported TLDs (including .co.tz, .com, .org, .net)
• Business email hosting
• SSL certificate provisioning
• Optional add-ons including payment gateway integration, SEO setup, and custom web development

Service provisioning is automated. Domains and hosting accounts are typically activated within minutes of successful payment confirmation, though propagation of DNS records may take up to 48 hours.

3. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed via mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa) through our licensed payment partner, or by credit/debit card through our PCI-compliant card processor. All fees are quoted in USD with an approximate TZS equivalent shown for reference; the amount charged to mobile money is the TZS equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at time of purchase.

Hosting and domain services are billed on the cycle selected at checkout (monthly or annually). It is your responsibility to ensure renewal payments are made on time to avoid service suspension.

4. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are processed through our accredited registrar partners. Once a domain registration request is submitted to the registry, it generally cannot be cancelled or refunded. You are responsible for the accuracy of WHOIS contact information and for renewing your domain before expiry.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our Services to host or distribute:

• Malware, phishing pages, or any content designed to harm or deceive users
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Unsolicited bulk email (spam) or email harvesting tools
• Content that is illegal under Tanzanian law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of this policy, with or without notice, depending on severity.

6. Service Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or activity that threatens the security or stability of our infrastructure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension where practical.

7. Limitation of Liability

Safitech provides Services on an "as available" basis. While we target 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
