• Billing details — plan selected, billing cycle, transaction reference from your mobile money provider or card processor
• Domain details — domain names you register and associated WHOIS contact information
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically for security and analytics

We do not collect or store your mobile money PIN or full card number — these are entered directly with our payment processor and never pass through our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provision and manage your hosting, domain, and email services
• To process payments and send billing confirmations, invoices, and receipts
• To send service-related notifications (e.g. renewal reminders, provisioning confirmations)
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our platform

3. How We Store & Protect Data

Account passwords and cPanel credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to our billing and server infrastructure is restricted to authorized staff and protected by two-factor authentication. Payment transactions are processed by licensed, PCI-compliant third parties — we do not store full payment card numbers.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only where necessary to deliver our Services:

• With our billing system (WHMCS) to manage your account and invoices
• With domain registrars (e.g. Duhost, ResellerClub) to register or renew domains on your behalf
• With our mobile money and card payment processors to complete transactions
• With law enforcement or regulators where required by Tanzanian law

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Domain WHOIS Information

Registering a domain requires submitting contact information to the relevant domain registry (e.g. TZNIC for .co.tz domains), which may be publicly visible via WHOIS lookups unless privacy protection is available and selected for your TLD.

You may request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information in your account
• Request deletion of your account data, subject to legal and billing record retention requirements
